Introduction

Welcome to Ultra Cool Tech OÜ. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.

General Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our e-commerce site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
  2. Changes to Terms: Ultra Cool Tech OÜ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  3. User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the site after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Orders and Payment

  1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide orders.
  2. Pricing: All prices are in Euros, with the option to switch to USD, GBP, CHF, AUD, CAD, JPY and SGD, and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before products will be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Ultra Cool Tech products can be shipped to most countries that do not have any embargoes or sanctions that limit deliveries.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and local bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled.

For customer convenience, we have multiple fulfilment centres around the world to enable faster shipping for you. As far as possible, we ship orders from the most appropriate fulfilment centre based on shipping destination.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Most of the shipping rates depend on your location and value of your shopping basket.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to max 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. In case of questions you can always give us a message.

VAT/Sales tax rates

Orders from Europe are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in Germany, and orders from the EU countries will automatically have VAT charged at the checkout.

Orders from countries outside the European Union will not have VAT charged at the checkout – rather this will typically be charged on import/delivery of the order. The rate of tax are regulated by the legislation of each country along with customs fees.

Returns and Refunds

This policy covers purchases made exclusively on www.ultracool.tech If you bought your Ultra Cool Tech or accessories from a distributor or other vendor, please contact them for their return policy. We cannot process returns for purchases not made on www.ultracool.tech

To be eligible for a return, your request should reach us within 30 days from delivery. Your Ultra Cool Tech product must be undamaged and in full working condition in the original box with all accessories. 

Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the claim’s approval notification.

All Sales for Accessories are Final. 

You as the customer are responsible for return packaging, shipping costs and label.

If you decide you want to return your purchase:

  • Email us at contact@ultracool.tech for authorisation first. Please specify which items you want to return along with your reason.
  • We will send return instructions via email. You may be asked to provide additional information.
  • We do not refund import duties (if applicable).
  • We do not offer free return shipping (regardless of location).
  • Once we receive your return item(s), we inspect the package to make sure all items were returned.
  • After inspecting the package, we will credit your account. We can only refund your purchase using the method used to originally purchase and we will notify you once we credited your account. The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price in local currency. We will not account for any exchange rate fluctuations. If you were eligible for, and received free shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain products sold on our website cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you have any questions about these products, please email us at contact@ultracool.tech prior to purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

Ultra Cool Tech warrants to the purchaser (the “Customer”) that each product (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for two (2) years in the European Union, UK and Switzerland and one (1) year elsewhere in the world unless local regulations require a more extensive warranty.

Ultra Cool Tech shall, at its sole option, refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the Product or any of its components that fail in normal use with refurbished Product or components. Repairs or replacements arising under this warranty section will be at no charge to the Customer.

When the Warranty Does Not Apply
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) cosmetic damage not affecting use of the Product;
(ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, excessive liquid contact, fire, or other external cause;
(iii) damage caused by misuse or use of the Product in violation of Product instructions or intended uses,
(iii) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.

Ultra Cool Tech reserves the right to refuse warranty claims when the Customer has procured the Product in any way that breaks the laws of any country or in a used condition from a second-hand source.

Ultra Cool Tech intends the Product to function solely as an aid to training. Ultra Cool Tech makes no warranty as to the effectiveness of the Product in improving the Customer’s performance.

Instructions for Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact Ultra Cool Tech Customer Support by email at contact@ultracool.tech

Should the warranty require the Ultra Cool Tech product be returned, your Ultra Cool Tech representative will supply you the Customer with shipping instructions and details of potential costs for you to return the Product. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ultra Cool Tech OÜ, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

  1. No Liability for Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Cool Tech OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  2. Liability Cap: In no event shall Ultra Cool Tech OÜ’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for purchasing products through our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
