The cool / hot packs fit the Glacier cooling vest and are used to enhance the cooling. Position the packs in the mesh pockets of the cooling vest to suit personal preferences.
The gel is organic, non-toxic and biologically degradable. Before use, cool in a freezer for approximately two 2 hours.
These can also be used as hot packs (ca. 5 - 10 minutes in 80ºC / 175ºF hot water) for max 20 minutes and minimum 30 minutes pause before using again.
