Typical Delivery Costs and Times

Shipping prices are based on typical orders of Glacier Tape and Cooling Towel and depending on location rates can range from a few euro's up to €49.95. For larger orders, shipping price is adjusted accordingly.

Times can vary, tracking info is provided when orders are dispatched. Products that are ‘out of stock’ are marked on the website with an estimated shipping date.

Deliveries are usually dispatched in 1-2 days after placing your order. When your order is dispatched, tracking will be sent via email

Do I have to pay customs?

There are no customs duties for orders delivered to European Union addresses.

For orders delivered outside of the EU, full customs documentation is included with the delivery and each country may apply different rules or thresholds for applying customs duties, fees and tax.
